Troubleshooting
Find your problem below. Each article describes the symptoms, the likely cause and the solution.

Diagnostic logs
Markpion keeps a log of operations and errors. Logs never contain your document text, and your home folder is replaced by ~ in paths.
To attach the log to a bug report, choose Help → Export Diagnostic Logs… and save the file.
Report an issue
If the articles don't help, choose Help → Report a Problem… in Markpion (or Report… on the error message, or Report Problem… where part of the window failed). It fills in your version, operating system and recent errors, which you can edit, and opens a new GitHub issue in your browser for you to review and submit. Send by Email opens it as an email to nasim.uddinbd02@gmail.com in your mail app instead, for those without a GitHub account, and Copy Text copies it. Nothing is sent automatically.
Or open an issue on GitHub yourself, with:
- Your Markpion version (Help → About Markpion) and operating system.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened, including the exact error message.
- The diagnostic log, if the problem involves an error.
- If you can, a small Markdown file that shows the problem. Remove anything private first.
